Who we are

This website is run by The Butterfly Rooms (Incorporating Woodlands) Ltd, a registered charity (no. 1148068) and limited company (no. 7984150) based at Tank Hill Road, Purfleet, RM19 1TA. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect and why

When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, telephone number, your child’s age, the hours you need, your preferred start date and any message you send. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange visits.

When you apply for a job we collect your name, contact details, the role you are interested in and any CV or documents you upload. We use this only to consider your application.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them. Unsuccessful job applications are kept for no longer than six months. Information about children who attend the nursery is handled under our Privacy Notice Policy and GDPR Policy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. Form submissions are emailed to our nursery team. Our website is hosted by Bluehost. Maps on this site are provided by Google Maps.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the website work. Any other cookies are only used if you agree to them through our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.

Your rights
