Are you passionate about supporting the emotional wellbeing of children and young people? The Butterfly Rooms are looking for dedicated and compassionate qualified Level 2 or 3 member of staff along with opportunities for Level 2 & 3 apprenticeship schemes!


About Us

The Butterfly Rooms provides a safe and nurturing space for children and young people to explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality therapeutic and wellbeing support, working closely with schools, families, and professionals to make a real difference in young lives. 


Due to our rapid expansion, we have a new role available.

Level 3 Practitioner

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare, or a related field.

• Experience working with children and young people in a therapeutic, pastoral, or support role.

• Strong understanding of safeguarding, child development, and emotional wellbeing.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.


Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and group support to children and young people.

• Develop and deliver wellbeing and therapeutic interventions.

• Work collaboratively with schools, families, and professionals.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding protocols are followed.


Level 2 Practitioner Requirements:

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in childcare

• Some experience working with children and young people in a support capacity.

• A willingness to develop skills and knowledge in emotional wellbeing support.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities:

• Support the learning, emotional and social development of children and young people.

• Work under supervision to provide a safe and nurturing environment.

• Contribute to the planning and delivery of activities.

💼 Hours: Full-time and Part-time available.
